Principle of Ultrasonic Humidification

Water is turned into aerosol-shaped particles of approximately the same size by ultrasonic vibration at 1.7mhz. The water tank of the device has special ceramic parts called "pieso-ceramic" and the parts vibrate at 1.7 mhz when 48 V electricity is supplied. The water is divided into particles in the size of 1.7 mhz vibrations and these particles are distributed to the environment with the help of the air flow created by the fan of the device. In the environment, this particle fog (cold vapor) is quickly absorbed and disappears completely. These models have a hygiene control system called "Aqua-drain", which periodically flushes the water supply line and discharges the water in the tank. This is an important system that minimizes the risk of bacterial growth.

Function
AIRWIN RB room humidifiers work on the ULTRASOUND PRINCIPLE. Operating at an excitation frequency of 1,7 MHz, the humidification water at the WATER/AIR boundary layer is broken up into extremely fine aerosols - 1 μm - without giving off any significant amount of heat. The flow of air in the air duct conveys the aerosol vapor into the area to be humidified. In accordance with the Brownian molecular theory, the degree of aerosol fineness guarantees a completely uniform distribution of humidity throughout the entire air cross section.

Device Description
Airwin RB/P and RB/P-D are made of corrosion resistant material. Dry start protection, thermal protection, overrun protection and high voltage protection are essential equipment parts. Operated with 48 VAC voltage. The required transformer is also available on request. RB/P ultrasonic humidifiers are ready for operation with 0-10 VDC signal. They can also be operated with a hygrostat.

Ultrasonic humidifiers come with hygiene management (Aquadrain). They are therefore particularly suitable for hygiene-demanding areas. Aquadrain is a system that periodically flushes the water supply line and discharges the water from the tank. The aquadrain is controlled by a combination of solenoid valves and software.

Hygiene
Aqua Drain flushes the water supply line, empties the water reservoir of the RB/P-D in intervals, empties the water reservoir after short periods of 'non-humidification and in case of a power failure. Aqua Drain is a program developed by BOGA GMBH which provides hygienic safety in connection with the massively germ-killing effect of the high-frequency ultrasound system.
