Steam Injection Model Humidifiers

Steam injection type humidifiers that utilize steam generated by a steam boiler or a steam generator ready on plant. This compact stainless steel device consists of a water/steam separator, a proportional control valve and a stainless steel steam jacketed distribution pipe (can be insulated if desired.) There are specially designed nozzles (tubing) on the steam pipe depending on the capacity. Thanks to this design of the steam pipe, the condensate in the steam cannot escape into the duct or power plant. All steam injection steam humidifiers are available in 2 types: standard or Clean-Steem (clean steam) model.  CLEANSTEEM humidifiers are useful for sensitive environments where steam from a DI steam boiler without minerals or chemicals must be used. Because DI steam is very active, all parts of the humidifier that come into contact with the steam are made of stainless steel.

• Multi-tube humidifiers are used to avoid the problem of wetting in the duct depending on the capacity and to ensure fast absorption.
• The steam delivered into the duct or power plant through a large number of steam pipes is absorbed at a shorter distance.
• The absorption distance in the canal is approximately 0.8-1 meter at 90% RH.
• Multiple-Tube humidifiers are shipped disassembled for on-site assembly.
• Maxi-Bank humidifier is a multi-tube humidifier, factory assembled and shipped ready for application
