The CORAL AIRCOMPACT cartridge filter with Jet-Pulse compressed air flushing consists of cartridge filter elements placed in a central sealed unit and designed for use in pressure reduction systems. The dusty air enters the chamber at the bottom of the chamber and due to the sharp drop in velocity and pre-fragmentation during impact, the particles with the largest granulometry are collected in the collection chamber.
In the indoor unit where the cartridge filters are located, finer or lighter particles are collected, the dirty air passes through the cartridge filters from outside to inside, so that the collected dust falls downwards from outside, while the air returns upwards through the cartridges and exits filtered.
The gradual accumulation of dust means that the cartridge filters need to be cleaned periodically. Jet-Pulse allows washing with reverse compressed air and exposes the cartridge filters to high frequency oscillating motion. The filters pause or run times are controlled by a PLC cycle timer via membrane solenoid valves. This system keeps filter efficiency at maximum levels.
Standard filter cartridges are made of 270g/m² BIA certified and USG tested polyester. Various filter options are available on request or depending on applications. Teflon coated polyester-aluminum/aluminum/antistatic-oil/water repellent, cellulose fabric, BIA certified and USG,C or USG tested.
