AIRCOM Working Principle
AIRCOM devices with a fully automatic cleaning system with compressed air continuously send dust to the dust collection bucket with high-pressure air periodically supplied to the filter bags. The construction of the device is made of reinforced steel sheets and is extremely durable
The device includes the upper compartment containing the compressed air cleaning system, the middle compartment with the necessary filter arms and the lower compartment containing the support legs, the supply hopper and the dirty air inlet.AIRCOM works by reducing the pressure according to the following processes; dirty air enters from the supply hopper with a sudden drop in speed, large particles are poured into the wheeled waste bin.
In addition, with the pre-chambered (CC) system version, contaminated air can be passed through the pre-chamber instead of the hopper to reduce extremely dense dust particles.
Alternatively, a rotary valve and conveyor can be added to the powder hopper (CVS). AIRCOM has a compressed air reverse jet system with valve controlled by a loop program (PLC). In this way, the filter bags are cleaned in each round with the help of solenoid valves, resulting in less constant waste and more constant air flow.
